Alyx Bogus is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office. As part of her practice, Alyx contributes to a wide range of matters, including infrastructure financing, M&A transactions, and licensing/technology agreements.

Alyx also participates in pro bono efforts at the firm. Her work has involved advocating for civil rights such as fair housing, and providing IP and corporate formation advice to small businesses.

While attending law school, Alyx heled research and prepare a Supreme Court amicus curiae brief on behalf of documentary filmmakers for the UCI Intellectual Property, Arts, and Technology Clinic.
