Austin Fauni is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office. Austin’s practice spans mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions, and corporate finance. He has experience assisting with buy- and sell-side M&A transactions, venture capital and debt financings, commercial agreements, and corporate governance. He also regularly advises on intellectual property and data privacy issues arising out of these transactions.
Austin maintains a dedicated and diverse pro bono practice, with experience ranging from trademark and copyright counseling and registration to criminal record expungement.
Austin also actively contributes to the firm as a member of the DEI Committee and Summer Program Committee.
