As O’Melveny’s Staffing Manager for Associates and Counsel, Bianca Poindexter Page draws on her extensive background as a litigator and e-discovery attorney to build and support high-performing attorney teams for O’Melveny clients. Recognized for her collaborative leadership, Bianca mentors and guides attorneys through professional development, career transitions, and engagement in challenging legal matters ensuring teams have the right mix of capabilities and experience to help our clients succeed. Her holistic approach empowers attorneys to thrive, build confidence, and realize their potential within the dynamic legal landscape.

Bianca partners with the firm’s Director of Professional Development and work-advising teams in all US offices. She ensures that associates and counsel not only contribute to client matters but also cultivate their skills and confidence through diverse, substantive assignments. While managing her firmwide duties, Bianca also coordinated attorney staffing for O’Melveny’s landmark opioids litigation for Johnson & Johnson from 2018 to 2023, managing a team of more than 100 attorneys across more than 2,000 individual cases across the country.

A champion of diversity, equity, and pro bono service, Bianca has earned recognition both within and beyond the firm. In 2014, the Los Angeles County Bar Association presented her with the Honorable Benjamin Aranda III Outstanding Public Service Award in recognition of her work with the AIDS Legal Services Project. And in 2016, she received O’Melveny’s highest honor, the Warren Christopher Values Award. As co-chair of the firm’s African American Professionals employee network (2019–2025), Bianca fostered community and professional growth for attorneys and personnel across the firm.

Previously, Bianca served as an e-discovery staff attorney at O’Melveny, managing fact discovery for internal investigations and complex litigation, developing case strategies, and coordinating with vendors. Her proficiency with advanced e-discovery platforms continues to inform her coaching, enabling her to advise attorneys navigating technology-driven legal work. Earlier in her career, Bianca practiced at a regional Los Angeles firm, focusing on wrongful death, toxic torts, bad-faith litigation, and high-value insurance coverage matters.
