Blake K. Timmerman is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s New York office. Blake is a member of the Capital Markets Practice and Public Company Advisory Practice. His work primarily focuses on capital market transactions, including debt and equity offerings, corporate restructurings and M&A support. He also advises public companies on a wide range of securities law and corporate governance matters, including SEC reporting and disclosure under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, shareholder meetings and compliance with the proxy rules, and compliance with NYSE and NASDAQ corporate governance requirements, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, and related regulations. His practice includes work for companies in various industries, including healthcare, telecommunications and energy, among others.
