Caitlyn Holuta is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s New York office. Caitlyn's experience spans a range of litigation, including contract claims, monitor litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and labor and employment matters. In addition, Caitlyn counsels clients in connection with investigations involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, along with other types of investigations. Caitlyn also maintains an active pro bono practice.
