Carly Gibbs is a counsel in O’Melveny’s DC office, where she devotes much of her practice to white collar criminal defense and government investigations and regulatory matters. Her experience includes conducting internal investigations in connection with investigations by the federal government, providing crucial trial support in complex litigation, and navigating issues regarding False Claims Act disclosures. Carly also maintains an active pro bono practice, through which she represents a variety of clients in constitutional and criminal matters.

Before returning to O’Melveny in 2020, Carly served as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrea Wood of the United States District Court of Northern Illinois.
