Casey Matsumoto is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office. Casey’s practice encompasses a range of matters and industries, including product liability, mass torts, insurance coverage, labor disputes, white-collar criminal matters, and state attorney general investigations. Casey also actively contributes to the firm’s pro bono efforts, representing clients in civil rights and criminal defense matters.
Casey returned to O’Melveny following judicial clerkships for the Honorable Patricia Tolliver Giles of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the Honorable Michael D. Wilson of the Hawaii Supreme Court.
