Chani Gatto-Bradshaw is an asset management associate in O’Melveny’s New York office. Her practice encompasses a range of general corporate and strategic transactions.

Chani works closely with fund sponsors in connection with forming, structuring, and operating domestic and offshore buyout funds, venture capital funds and impact funds. She assists and advises on all aspects of fund formation, operation, governance, and compliance.

In addition, Chani assists institutional investors in connection with investments in various types of alternative asset classes both domestically and internationally, including fund investments, co-investments, strategic joint-ventures, and separately managed accounts.

Chani maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on civil rights and immigration rights matters.
