Chelsea Espiritu is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office. Chelsea represents clients in various labor and employment matters, including class action wage-and-hour disputes. Chelsea’s experience also includes representing companies in connection with government investigations and enforcement actions.
Chelsea also maintains an active pro bono immigration practice, including helping clients secure asylum and apply for adjustment of status and work authorization.
At O’Melveny, Chelsea is co-chair of the Diversity Employee Network and a member of the San Francisco Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
