Chris Burke is a litigation counsel in O’Melveny’s New York office. His experience spans multiple stages of litigation, from early motion practice to trial, and covers a range of subject matter areas, including antitrust merger clearances and conduct litigation, intellectual property disputes, and investigations by multiple international regulatory bodies.
Chris also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a particular interest in immigration-related matters.
Chris is a former clerk to both the Honorable Julio M. Fuentes of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, as well as the Honorable Rosemary M. Collyer of the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
