Cody Kahoe is a Supreme Court & Appellate associate in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office. His experience includes representing university, airline, technology industry, and pro bono clients, both in the trial court and on appeal.

Before joining O’Melveny, Cody served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ketanji Brown Jackson and the Honorable Stephen G. Breyer of the US Supreme Court, the Honorable Christopher R. Cooper of the US District Court for the District of Columbia, and the Honorable Marsha S. Berzon of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He earned his law degree from Stanford Law School, where he was an Executive Editor of the Stanford Law Review and earned Best Brief in the Kirkwood Moot Court Competition.
