Colin Stanton is a counsel in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office. He represents clients in a variety of complex litigation matters and internal investigations.

Having steered numerous issues though dispositive motions, discovery, pre- or post-trial, or on appeal, and having helped try numerous cases to a jury, many of which parachuting on to the case weeks before voir dire, or arbitrators, Colin is focused on delivering arguments that resonate with their audience. He knows that is only possible by learning, and then anticipating, his clients’ goals.

Colin is also active in the firm’s pro bono efforts, representing the Council for Court Excellence regarding their DC-FOIA requests to obtain information about DC jail conditions and use of restrictive housing.
