Connie Lee is a litigation counsel in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office. Connie’s practice is focused on patent and trade secret litigation, particularly in the areas of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and the chemical arts. She has experience in all stages of patent litigation, including pre-filing investigation, pleadings, fact and expert discovery, dispositive motions, and trial.
Connie has experience litigating under the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA), as well as Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) cases as well as litigating in a variety of forums, including district courts, International Trade Commission (ITC), Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and arbitration.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Connie was a senior engineer for a global consumer goods company developing packaging for popular brands of household goods such as laundry detergent, oral care, cosmetics, and other products. Her industry experience includes upstream packaging development, including materials assessment and compatibility with a focus on polymers, blow molding and injection molding technologies, device development, and decoration technologies. Connie’s undergraduate research focused on nanomaterials.

- Represented innovator pharmaceutical company in Biologics Price Competition and Innovation (BPCIA) litigation related to Humira®
