Connor Corbitt’s practice focuses on representing clients in energy project development and commercial transactions, including renewable energy projects, LNG tolling and sales agreements and gas supply and marketing arrangements.
In addition, Connor regularly advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, with respect to mergers and acquisitions in varied industries, including the oil and gas sector.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Connor advised clients on domestic and cross-border tax structuring and related matters for both private and public companies, primarily in the energy sector.
