Connor Corbitt represents clients on a range of transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, energy project development and crypto & blockchain matters.
Connor’s practice focuses on advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, add-ons, joint ventures, dispositions and other strategic domestic and international transactions across various industries, including energy investments and leveraged acquisitions in the upstream and midstream oil and gas sectors.
In addition, Connor has experience advising clients in the energy sector on a range of transactional, commercial and operational issues, including renewable and traditional energy project development and commercial transactions, tax equity transactions, LNG tolling and sales agreements, gas supply and marketing arrangements, and related entity governance matters.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Connor worked for a global accounting firm, where he advised clients on domestic and cross-border tax structuring and related matters for both private and public companies, primarily in the energy and industrial sectors.
