Daniel Brovman is a counsel in O’Melveny’s Washington, D.C. office and focuses his practice on labor and employment matters, with a particular emphasis in the aviation industry, representing airlines in labor arbitrations, mediations, and litigation under the Railway Labor Act in state and federal courts. Daniel also counsels private and public employers on various labor and employment issues, such as employee grievances, reductions in force, retaliation, and discrimination, including representing those employers in litigation. In addition, Daniel has experience representing healthcare companies and medical device manufacturers under the False Claims Act and in responding to government investigations.
Daniel is also an active member of the Washington, D.C. office, serving on the office’s employment committee and representing the office on the firmwide Associate and Counsel Advisory Committee as well.
Daniel returned to O’Melveny after clerking for the Honorable James V. Selna in the US District Court for the Central District of California. He graduated from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, Order of the Coif, where he was also a Stanley and Ilene Gold Honors Scholar.
