Daniel is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Century City office. His practice covers general litigation including copyright, breach of contract, and mass tort cases.
Prior to rejoining O’Melveny, Daniel completed a clerkship with the Honorable Stephen V. Wilson for the US District Court for the Central District of California.
Daniel also actively contributes to the firm’s pro bono cases related to civil rights.
