He has acted for many of the best-known and most active sponsors across the United Kingdom and Europe, including Agilitas Private Equity, EmergeVest, and Oakley Capital, and is a frequent speaker and writer on private equity and legal topics.
David is recognized as one of the market’s top private equity practitioners—The Legal 500 UK and Chambers UK have both named him a leading lawyer in multiple years, and he has been named in The Lawyer’s Top 100 list.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, David served as Global Co-Head of the Private Equity Practice of a London-based, American Lawyer Global 50 law firm.
