Denise Raytis is on the cutting-edge of infrastructure financing, designing public-private-partnership deals that are redefining the industry. She has worked with clients on a variety of project finance and development transactions for universities, museums, and landmark commercial buildings.
Denise focuses on infrastructure financing, tax-exempt financing, and project finance and development transactions. She has represented underwriters, nonprofit organizations, corporations, and state and local agencies in a wide range of financings and development projects. Denise also has experience in various aspects of U.S. securities law, securitizations, and mergers and acquisitions.
