Dian Stevens is a staff attorney in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office and a member of the Litigation Department. Dian has worked on a variety of high-profile cases for public and private sector clients in the healthcare, financial, education, and communications industries. Dian has helped clients manage eDiscovery issues in complex class actions and multidistrict litigations. She manages large and diverse case teams at all points of the eDiscovery process from collection to document review and production.
Prior to joining O'Melveny, Dian was an associate at Goodwin Proctor LLP and Weiner Brodsky Kider PC and assisted mortgage companies, consumer finance companies and other financial institutions with navigating federal and state regulatory and compliance rules. Dian counseled clients on laws governing licensing, usury, lending and servicing practices as well as laws prohibiting unfair, deceptive and abusive acts.
