Don Olmos is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Dallas office. Don’s practice spans a range of litigation, including matters concerning trade secrets, data privacy, contract claims, and labor and employment disputes.
Don is committed to the firm’s pro bono practice and has made a significant contribution to matters related to civil rights and Constitutional Law.
Prior to becoming a litigator, Don worked in commercial construction project management for a leading commercial construction company.
