Eddie Muallem is a corporate associate who counsels entertainment and technology companies, and sophisticated asset managers, on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing agreements, and strategic financings.

Eddie also advises clients on sensitive issues of art, fashion, and consumer products law, including matters governed by the Visual Artists Rights Act.

Eddie was the 2022 Frank Rothman Scholar at USC Gould School of Law, receiving a full-tuition scholarship, stipend, and 1L summer associate position at a multinational New York law firm. Eddie joined O’Melveny’s Century City office as a 2L summer associate. At USC, Eddie spent two years representing incarcerated individuals in the Post-Conviction Justice Project and was a teaching assistant for Professor Daniel Klerman’s Property. Upon graduation, Eddie was elected Order of the Coif and awarded the Peter D. Knecht Memorial Award for scholastic achievement in entertainment law.

Eddie maintains a very active pro bono practice in post-conviction and non-profit law.
