Eli Grossman is a counsel in the Securities Litigation practice group. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including breach-of-contract, bankruptcy, consumer class-action, and insurance disputes. Much of Eli’s practice involves developing and executing legal strategy and, as such, he regularly prepares briefs and motions at all stages of litigation. Eli has served on multiple trial teams, and has prepared fact and expert witnesses for live testimony, crafted cross examinations, and drafted briefs regarding evidentiary issues.
