Elizabeth Marley is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s New York office who focuses on financial services litigation and white collar criminal defense and corporate investigations.
Her experience includes developing investigative plans, conducting witness interviews, and communicating directly with clients about fact development and strategy. She also regularly works on high-profile trial teams, which involves witness preparation and presentation at the C-suite level.
Elizabeth also maintains an active pro bono practice, including immigration policy work and asylum proceedings.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Elizabeth received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as Associate Editor of the Fordham Law Review. While in law school, Elizabeth interned at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

- Represented insurance company copyright-infringement jury trial relating to software license; successfully defeated US $21 billion profit-disgorgement claim.
- Represented consumer products manufacturing company in multijurisdictional whistleblower investigation, including developing investigative plans in conjunction with outside counsel from foreign jurisdiction.
