Emily Kent is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s Newport Beach office. Emily contributes to a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and venture capital financings. She also provides governance and ’34 Act counseling and general tax advice.

Emily actively participates in O’Melveny’s pro bono efforts. Her work has involved assisting community organizations and non-profit foundations with their articles of incorporation as well as with obtaining tax-exempt status.
