Emma Byrd is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s New York office.
Emma’s experience includes advising clients in real estate financings and acquisitions, and in the financing of traditional and renewable energy projects. Among other infrastructure financing and development matters, she has been part of a team representing a consortium in an agreement to build, finance, and operate a new airport terminal. Emma additionally has represented clients in refinancings, recapitalizations, and restructurings, as well as in fund formations and issuer offerings.
