Enoch Ajayi is a skilled litigator with a background in intellectual property and technology and a growing practice in various complex litigation matters. He has amassed a diverse portfolio of achievements including making significant contributions to three federal antitrust trials, helping to secure a not guilty verdict for the client. Enoch was a key member of the legal team in a high-stakes bet the company arbitration, securing a resounding victory for the client. He has also contributed to the successful resolution of highly contentious matters, including resolving a federal false claims act case on the eve of trial and facilitating a post mediation resolution of a contested earn-out dispute.
Additionally, Enoch was a core member of the trial team in a fast-tracked litigation challenging multiple intrafamily business transactions, and played an instrumental role in achieving a highly beneficial settlement at the start of trial. He is well versed in litigating contractual disputes, defending and protecting client interests across numerous breach of contract cases.
