Eric Rodriguez is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office. He focuses his practice on white collar defense and corporate investigations, as well as antitrust litigation.
Eric rejoined O’Melveny after clerking for the Honorable Jesus G. Bernal and John W. Holcomb of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Prior to joining O’Melveny, Eric served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar of the Supreme Court of California.
Before attending law school, Eric worked at the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice. During his undergraduate studies at Yale University, he interned for Congresswoman Linda Sanchez and for the Immigrants’ Rights Project at the American Civil Liberties Union.
