Ellie Hylton is an associate in O’Melveny’s Washington, D.C. office. Ellie represents media, entertainment, and airline clients in appellate and trial litigation across a variety of substantive areas. She has authored numerous briefs and dispositive motions on issues ranging from antitrust to constitutional law to labor and employment. Prior to joining O’Melveny, Ellie served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert L. Wilkins of the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
Ellie graduated from Harvard College and earned her law degree from Duke University School of Law, where she was a member of the Duke Law Journal and Appellate Litigation Clinic. She co-leads O’Melveny’s Attorneys of Color network in the D.C. office, and has co-led the Advocacy Institute to train summer associates in effective appellate advocacy.
