Frida Schogger is an English qualified attorney based in O’Melveny’s London office. She is a member of the firm’s Corporate Finance and Restructuring practices.  

Frida practices banking and finance law and has experience in leveraged and acquisition finance, restructurings, special situations transactions, real estate finance and general corporate lending. She advises borrowers, sponsors, lenders, creditors and investors on domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
