Gillian Mak is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office. She represents clients in a variety of litigation matters and internal investigations, with a focus on clients in the health care industry. Gillian also advises clients on emerging regulations related to health and artificial intelligence.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Gillian was a legal intern for the US Department of Justice and the US Department of Health and Human Services. She previously served as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Malaysia.
