Gloria Oh is a corporate associate based in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office.

She has experience representing both companies and investors in venture capital financings, as well as advising lenders on the structuring of new credit facilities and debt restructurings.

In addition to her corporate practice, Gloria is deeply committed to pro bono work. She has supported small businesses with microlender financings and has provided counsel to a client pursuing claims under the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
