Grace McFee is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office with a practice focused on intellectual property and technology. Grace’s experience includes patent litigation and infringement matters involving consumer electronics in the US District Courts and in the International Trade Commission. Active in pro bono matters, her work has included amicus briefing on healthcare and reproductive rights.
