Hailey Verano is a counsel in O’Melveny’s New York office. A member of the firm’s Intellectual Property & Technology Group, Hailey has extensive experience in life sciences IP litigation. She primarily represents pharmaceutical companies in complex Hatch-Waxman matters and other patent disputes. Hailey is a registered patent agent with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to joining O’Melveny Hailey practiced life sciences IP litigation in the New York City office of an international law firm for several years.
