Jackie Monnat is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s New York office. Her experience spans a range of litigation, including white collar investigations and complex claims involving multidistrict litigation, antitrust, bankruptcy, insurance, breach of contract, and constitutional challenges. Jackie has worked on several high-profile trial teams, which has involved witness preparation and presentation at the C-suite level. In addition, Jackie has represented multiple individuals in government-facing investigations and has experience dealing with high-sensitivity internal corporate matters.
