Jasmin Cohen represents and advises clients in complex commercial litigation and class action defense. She regularly works on matters in the automotive, consumer electronics, consumer health products, and food and beverage industries. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, providing representation and services in matters involving asylum, end-of-life resources, and domestic violence.

At O’Melveny, Jasmin is co-chair of the Diversity Employee Network and a member of the San Francisco Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
