JJ Marshall is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Austin office. His practice focuses on trial work, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on energy disputes.

JJ is committed to pro bono service, with a focus on constitutional rights cases and habeas corpus petitions.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, JJ interned with the District Attorney’s Office in Austin, Texas, and served as a student attorney at the University of Michigan Law School’s Child Advocacy Legal Clinic, where he secured multiple favorable judgments for clients in family court.
