Josh is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office who concentrates on white collar defense and emerging issues of internet law. Josh has served healthcare, energy, and financial services clients in litigation under the False Claims Act and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. Josh has counseled e-commerce and legacy companies on matters sitting at the intersection of law and technology involving constitutional law, the Communications Decency Act, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the Secure Communications Act, and the California Consumer Privacy Act. Josh’s robust pro-bono practice centers on voting rights and criminal justice reform.
Josh is a former law clerk to United States Senator Amy Klobuchar. He also previously served as a legal intern to the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, as well as to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia.
