Kate Jones is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s Newport Beach office. Kate’s experience includes representing public companies in corporate, governance, ’33 Act, and ’34 Act counseling and public equity offerings and private companies in private equity transactions, mergers, and acquisitions. 

Kate is also active in the firm’s pro bono practice, where her work has included corporate formation and reorganization.
