Kathryn K. Turner is an experienced litigator in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office who represents clients in securities and complex business litigation. In addition to representing clients in federal and state courts, she also represents public companies in government investigations.
Kathryn maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes representing clients in immigration proceedings and representing a Native inmate in litigation raising challenges to prison regulations under the Free Exercise Clause.
Before joining O’Melveny, Kathryn served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Gene E.K. Pratter of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
