Khanh Leon is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office. She represents clients across a broad range of matters involving intellectual property and technology disputes.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Khanh clerked for Judge Kara Stoll at the Federal Circuit and for Judge Robert Schroeder III in the Eastern District of Texas. Khanh also practiced litigation with a global intellectual property law firm.
Khanh was formerly selected as a Google Legal Summer Institute Scholar. Prior to law school, Khanh gained valuable experience as a software engineer for ExxonMobil, where she developed proprietary software applications.
