Landon Harris is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s Century City office. Landon has a broad practice that encompasses emerging growth companies, venture capital and private equity financings, intellectual property licensing, M&A transactions, and general corporate advice. His transactions have included seed financings and Series A and Series B financings, as well as venture debt financings and minority investments.

Landon is active in the firm’s pro bono practice and has contributed to community legal aid matters focused on preventing homelessness, increasing access to mental health resources, and providing platforms for underrepresented voices in media. He is also a former William T. Coleman, Jr. Diversity Fellow.
