Luis Torres-Cervantes has ten years of experience advising financial institutions, direct lenders and entertainment companies in the entertainment financing space. He works with clients on secured credit facilities, acquisition financing, film and television production financing, loan syndications, and other financial matters. He regularly drafts and negotiates credit agreements, security agreements, and intercreditor agreements among other finance transaction documents. Luis frequently represents agents in syndicated credit facilities.

Luis also leverages his knowledge of domestic and international tax credit programs to coordinate financing transactions involving loans against domestic and foreign tax credits. He has worked on tax credit financings in Canada, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Australia (among other jurisdictions).
