Madeleine focuses her practice on intellectual property law with a particular emphasis on trademark and copyright matters. Madeleine also has experience counseling on issues involving unfair competition and privacy.
Madeleine assists clients with clearance issues, portfolio development and maintenance, trademark oppositions in the US Patent and Trademark Office, trademark prosecution, both foreign and domestic, and litigation. Madeleine previously served as an Intern at the USPTO.
