Marc Petrine is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office. He represents clients in complex investigatory and litigation matters, including those involving private actors and a variety of state and federal regulators. Marc has been a key member of teams representing clients before the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Labor, US Attorney’s Offices, and State Attorneys General.  

Marc also maintains a robust pro bono practice, including representing individuals in criminal proceedings in federal court through the Criminal Justice Act.

Prior to joining the firm, Marc clerked for Judge Henry E. Hudson on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He previously interned for Judge John A. Gibney, Jr., also in the Eastern District of Virginia.
