Matthew Gerges is an Intellectual Property & Technology associate in O’Melveny’s Newport Beach office particularly focused on patent law. He represents a wide variety of clients across industries including semiconductors and consumer electronics. Drawing on his M.S. in Computer Science, Matthew leverages his technical knowledge to translate complex technologies into persuasive litigation strategies.
He also maintains an active pro bono practice, advising nonprofit organizations on trademark and copyright issues.
