Matthew Higgins is a Supreme Court & Appellate associate in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office. He represents clients in a broad range of industries and has experience briefing appeals in federal appellate courts and the US Supreme Court, as well as briefing dispositive motions in state and federal trial courts.
Before joining O’Melveny, Matthew served as a law clerk for the Honorable Pamela A. Harris of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and practiced at another major law firm. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Christopher R. Cooper of the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
