Maura Grealish is an experienced litigator in O’Melveny’s New York office who represents clients in a wide range of complex, high-stakes litigation including trial preparation and appeals.
Maura has extensive experience handling bet-the-company disputes and matters involving novel legal issues. Maura is known for her practical approach to litigation strategy, distilling complex issues into clear strategic recommendations that account for both legal risk and commercial realities.
Following law school, Maura served as a law clerk to the Honorable K. Michael Moore at the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Prior to joining O’Melveny, Maura practiced for several years at leading international law firms in New York.
