Michael Ingraham is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Newport Beach office, with experience representing and advising clients in a broad range of commercial, consumer, and labor and employment matters.
Michael has experience representing clients in federal class actions, right of publicity cases, and complex trademark infringement disputes. He also advises clients on labor and employment issues, including wage and hour violations, PAGA violations, and wrongful termination actions.
Prior to joining O’Melveny Michael completed a Judicial Externship with Orange County Superior Court.

- Representing footwear company in a putative nationwide class action involving claims of consumer fraud, false/misleading advertising, and breach of warranty theories.
