Michael McMillin advises clients in a wide range of regulatory, administrative law, and civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on state and federal energy regulations, energy litigation, and government affairs. 

Michael has extensive experience in all aspects of administrative law proceedings in front of the Texas Public Utility Commission, the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission, the Texas Railroad Commission, and other agencies. He is also a seasoned advocate for clients in state and federal court litigation matters, including appeals before the Texas Supreme Court.

Michael regularly represents clients in a wide variety of administrative proceedings related to electric utilities. He has experience as lead counsel litigating major utility rate cases, transmission line certificates of convenience and necessity, utility sale/transfer/merger approvals, and other administrative matters.
