Michelle Dong is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office. Michelle has experience representing companies in the healthcare industry, often in connection with responding to government requests for information or enforcement actions, conducting internal investigations. Michelle also has experience in complex commercial litigation and class actions brought under unfair competition, false advertising, and consumer protection statutes. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing a client seeking asylum and a client seeking to suppress evidence and terminate removal proceedings.
Michelle graduated magna cum laude from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco. While a student, Michelle served as an extern for the Honorable Justice Goodwin H. Liu at the California Supreme Court.
